St John’s C of E Academy operates a ‘cashless’ office and payments to school are made using ParentPay.

ParentPay is a school online payment system that enables parents to make secure online payments by credit or debit card. It is used to make payments to school for dinner money and school activities such as music tuition and educational visits. The school will provide initial log in details which may be used to register an account at www.parentpay.com

For families who prefer to pay in cash, a PayPoint card, ordered through the school, may be used to pay for dinner money. To make cash payments for school activities, a personalised letter with a barcode can be printed to take to a PayPoint store. Through the use of the barcode, cash payments will be credited automatically to the correct activity and pupil.
